Initial situation
As the business expanded across several related entities, year-end accounting and tax compliance became increasingly difficult to manage through ad hoc reminders. The group needed to coordinate financial statements, corporate income tax calculations and returns, VAT liabilities and recurring income-tax advances across more than one company. The risk was not a single complex transaction, but operational fragmentation: different deadlines, payment instructions and closing tasks could easily be missed or performed inconsistently.
Our solution
We established a repeatable close-and-compliance workflow. For each entity, we prepared the year-end financial statements and notes, calculated corporate income tax, completed electronic filing and communicated the related payment obligations. Recurring VAT and corporate income-tax advances were incorporated into the same control process. This gave the owner a consolidated view of what had been prepared, filed and still required payment, while preserving entity-level accounting accuracy. The approach turned statutory compliance into a routine operating process rather than a year-end emergency.
Result
The group gained a scalable accounting and tax framework that could support additional entities without multiplying administrative uncertainty. Management had clearer visibility over tax cash outflows and year-end responsibilities, while each company maintained a complete statutory close and filing trail.
